Who processes your data

What we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect your company name, full name and email address, plus — if you enter them yourself — phone number, number of computers, what you manufacture, whether you have CNC machines, and the text of your message.

We use this solely to answer your enquiry and to prepare a quotation if you ask for one. We do not use it for newsletters, we do not profile you and we make no automated decisions.

Legal basis:

• steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — because you contacted us with an enquiry,
• our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry and keeping a record of the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who the data is shared with

We do not sell data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Only the service providers we genuinely need are involved:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — serves this site and delivers the form message by email,
• Google LLC — provider of the mailbox the enquiries arrive in,
• Neon Inc. — database provider for application synchronisation; NOT involved in processing data from this website.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and the related correspondence for as long as the exchange continues, and at most two years after the last contact, so that we can refer back to an earlier conversation if you contact us again.

If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation.

You may ask for deletion sooner — see “Your rights”.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, pixels, advertising networks or embedded content from other servers, and runs no JavaScript in your browser.

That is why there is no cookie consent screen — there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, this policy changes first.

Cloudflare, as infrastructure provider, may log technical request data (IP address, time, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention. Those are server logs, not cookies.

Your rights

Send your request to info@lemyframe.com. We will respond within one month.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you,
• request correction of inaccurate data,
• request erasure of your data,
• request restriction of processing,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• request portability of your data in a machine-readable format.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. The form stores nothing in a database — the message is forwarded by email and then lives in the mailbox.
